How long will it take for us to respond?
We are committed to responding, and ideally solving, all complaints and disputes within five business days.
We may respond to to request further information regarding your complaint to address your issue correctly. At any stage you are not satisfied with the manner in which your complaint is being dealt with you have the right to ask that your complaint be considered by a senior staff member at Source Energy Co.
Still not satisfied?
If you are still not happy with the resolution you can contact the Energy and Water Ombudsman (free call 1800 754 004). We do request that you contact us first so we have the opportunity to resolve your complaint.
